       PER CURIAM.

       This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript. Defendant was indicted by the Grand Jury of Greene County for the crime of false uttering of a check in an amount more than $20 in violation of Section 713.3 of the 1958 Code, I.C.A.

       From a conviction of the offense charged the defendant has appealed to this court. Upon examination we find no error in the proceedings as shown by the transcript. The judgment is, therefore,

       Affirmed.
