STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ANTHONY W. BRYAN

In Re: Anthony W. Bryan, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 01-16-0314. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., WELCH AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The records of the office of the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court reflect that on January 19, 2016, relator pled guilty and was sentenced in this case. Furthermore, this Court has been notified that on February 3, 2016, relator was released from the custody of the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. Thus, this request for mandamus relief regarding a petition for writ of habeas corpus is moot.
