This cause is pending before the court as a death penalty appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County. On December 20, 2005, appellant filed a motion to supplement the record with the transcript of the arraignment. The transcript was subsequently certified and transmitted to this court by the trial court clerk and was filed as a supplemental record in this case on January 3, 2006. Accordingly,
