The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 153 Conn.App. 903, 100 A.3d 62 (2014), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's determination that, the defendant would be required to remain shackled throughout the guilt phase of the trial?”
