MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS


Summit App. Nos. 25752 and 25845, 2012-Ohio-1381. On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated at page two of the court of appeals' entry filed July 5, 2012:

“Whether a pardon conclusively entitles the recipient to have her pardoned convictions sealed?”
O'Connor, C.J., not participating.

The conflict case is State v. Cope, 111 Ohio App.3d 309, 676 N.E.2d 141 (1996).

Sua sponte, cause consolidated with Supreme Court case No. 2012–0808, State v. Boykin.
