Supreme Court of Florida.
Sep 4, 2015
177 So. 3d 1271 (Fla. 2015)

Opinion

No. SC14–1875.

09-04-2015

STATE of Florida, Petitioner(s), v. Carl Lee BOOTH, Jr., Respondent(s).

Opinion

Upon review of the response to the Court's order to show cause dated April 8, 2015, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Horsley v. State, 160 So.3d 393 (Fla.2015). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2).

LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
