ORDER

PER CURIAM Justin A. Bonds ("Defendant") appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis entered upon a jury verdict finding Defendant guilty of one count of rape in the second degree. Defendant raises one point on appeal. Finding that the circuit court did not err as alleged by Defendant, we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.

No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 30.25(b).
