Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Delaware County, Thomas A. Bitter (guilty plea) and Michael J. Shubatt (sentencing), Judges. Richard Blanchard appeals from judgment and sentences entered upon his guilty pleas to two counts of lascivious acts with a child and one count of third-degree sexual abuse.
