In re: State of Louisiana applying for Supervisory Writs and for Stay Order.


Writ denied: No abuse of discretion shown under the facts alleged. This court ordinarily does not interfere with interlocutory rulings of the trial court in the absence of irreparable change of position.

SUMMERS and MARCUS, JJ., are of the opinion the writ should be granted.

SANDERS, C.J., is of the opinion that the preliminary hearing must be limited to bail and perpetuation of testimony.
