¶ 1. ANDERSON, J.[fn1] [fn1] This is a one-judge appeal pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 752.31(2)(c) (2001-02). All references to the Wisconsin Statutes are to the 2001-02 version unless otherwise noted.

Joseph L. Barchuk concedes that State v. Krajewski , 2002 WI 97, 255 Wis.2d 98, 648 N.W.2d 385, cert. denied, ___ U.S. ___, 123 S.Ct. 704 (U.S. Dec. 16, 2002) (No. 02-719), and State v. Wintlend , 2002 WI App. 314, ___Wis.2d ___, 655 N.W.2d 745, review denied, 2003 WI 16, ___ Wis.2d ___, ___ N.W.2d ___ (Wis. Jan. 14, 2003) (No. 02-0965-CR), preordains our affirming the trial court's orders denying his motions to suppress.
