This cause came on for further consideration of appellant's motion to vacate this court's October 5, 2005, entry dismissing this appeal. Upon review thereof, the court finds that the motion is, in substance, an untimely motion for reconsideration under S.Ct.Prac.R. XI and should not have been filed. Accordingly,
