In Re: Alvis Baham, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 528268-1. BEFORE: McDONALD, CRAIN, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. The records of the St. Tammany Clerk of Court's Office indicate that on October 16, 2018, pursuant to this court's order, the district court amended the minute entry to delete the prohibition on parole eligibility on relator's habitual offender sentence, and forwarded the amended minute entry to the Department of Corrections Legal Department.
