¶3 That the petition for review is granted and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals Division I for reconsideration in light of Supreme Court No. 96709-1 — State of Washington v. Cristian Delbosque, 195 Wn.2d 106, 456 P.3d 806 (2020).
