WRIT DENIED. The records of the Parish of East Baton Rouge Clerk's Office reflect that the grand jury indicted relator on July 25, 2018. Therefore, his pro se motion to quash seeking release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) is moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989) (per curiam).
