ORDER


Mr. Phillip Appleberry appeals from his conviction, following a jury trial, for first-degree tampering. He contends that the trial court should have granted him a new trial based upon allegations of juror misconduct. For the reasons set forth in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
