STATE OF LOUISIANA v. CASS ANSELMI


In Re: Cass Anselmi, applying for supervisory writs, 17th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafourche, No. 399116. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD, AND CALLOWAY, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator was sentenced, on each count, to twenty-five years at hard labor without parole. The sentences were not suspended, and he was not placed on probation. There was no sentencing error.
