Opinion

The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 156 Conn.App. 138, 111 A.3d 974 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that certain comments made by the prosecutor amounted to prosecutorial improprieties and that such improprieties deprived the defendant of his due process rights to a fair trial?”
