STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Gary Lee ALEXANDER, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Black Hawk County, Andrea J. Dryer, Judge. Gary Alexander appeals his convictions following a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, asserting his attorney rendered ineffective assistance.
