On April 11, 2023, appellant, the State of Texas, filed a motion for extension of time to file its brief and to consolidate this appeal with twenty-one other appeals for purposes of briefing. The State's motion is GRANTED IN PART as to its request for an extension of time. It is ORDERED that the State's brief is due on April 21, 2023. We hold under advisement the State's motion as to its request to consolidate.
