STATE OF MONTANA, Plaintiff, v. BUCKLEYCOLE RANDALL ACKERMAN, Defendant.


ORDER

Buckleycole Randall Ackerman has petitioned to disqualify the Honorable James A. Manley from presiding in Cause No. DC-22-06 in the Twentieth Judicial District Court, Lake County, pursuant to § 3-1-805, MCA.

On May 31, 2022, Judge Manley retired.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the motion to disqualify Judge Manley is DENIED as MOOT.

The Clerk is directed to provide copies of this Order to the Clerk of the District Court of Lake County for notification to Buckleycole Randall Ackerman personally and to counsel of record for the State of Montana in Cause No. DC-22-06, and to the Honorable James A. Manley.
