ORDER

On order of the Chief Justice, because defendant-appellant has failed to timely pay the filing fee or file a motion for the temporary waiver of fees with a certificate of his prisoner account activity, as required by the Court's order of November 23, 2021, the Clerk of the Court is directed to administratively dismiss the application and close the file. The motion for immediate consideration is denied as moot. 1
