Writ denied: Based on the record of the trials (found in this court under dockets Nos. 50,561, and 50,630, see also State v. Baudoin, 257 La. 583, 243 So.2d 265 and State v. Hurst, 257 La. 595, 243 So.2d 269 (1971) we find no merit to the petitioner's allegations.
