The State of Montana, on the relation of inmate of prison, brought proceedings against the District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Yellowstone, contending that sentence of ten years for robbery was excessive. The Supreme Court held that it had no jurisdiction to grant the petition.


Petition dismissed.
