Original application for writ of mandate commanding respondents to issue subpoenas, both general and duces tecum, directed to certain persons, and for production of such documents as relator may reasonably require or request for use at a hearing before said Commission of a petition for the removal of J.S. McFarland as State Fish and Game Warden.
