In re Wilson F. Martin, applying for reconsideration of January 30, 1987, denial of writ of habeas corpus; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Nos. 280-632, 282-485 and 281-437, Div. I.


Granted. Reconsideration is granted. Application is granted. The district court is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing at which the state will bear the burden of proving relator's pleas were voluntarily and intelligently entered. See State v. Warren, 402 So.2d 662 (La. 1981).
