Appellant filed its brief on the merits on September 27, 2023. On October 5, 2023, at appellant's request, the court reporter filed a supplemental reporter's record with the exhibits admitted at the trial on attorney's fees, an amended Volume 1 (Master Index), and an amended Volume 6 (Trial on Attorney's Fees). To avoid duplicitous volumes of the reporter's record, we STRIKE Volumes 1 and 6 filed on June 29, 2023 as those volumes have now been amended. Because the amended Volume 6 contains different pagination than what appellant cited to in its brief and the record now contains the exhibits admitted at the trial on attorney's fees, we ORDER appellant to file, within ten days of the date of this order, an amended brief reflecting citations to the now amended Volume 6 and any necessary citations to the supplemental reporter's record.
