Per Curiam.

The Court accepts the parties’ confession of error filed March 11, 2021. The Order Denying Defendant's Motion to Abate Litigation and Discovery and Compel Appraisal is reversed, and this cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with State Farm Fla. Ins. Co. v. Nordin , 312 So.3d 200 (Fla. 1st DCA 2021). Appellee's motion for appellate attorneys’ fees and costs, filed January 13, 2021, is denied.

Appellee's request for oral argument, filed January 13, 2021, is denied.

Lewis, Tanenbaum, and Long, JJ., concur.
