Prohibition — matter not subject to review by writ.

Application to this court by order to show cause upon the relation of Wilbert R. and Mabel R. Wilson for a writ of prohibition directed to Myrtle Ione Wright and Earl Howard as clerk of the municipal court of Minneapolis to prevent the issuance and enforcement of a writ of restitution in an unlawful detainer action. Writ quashed.

On the authority of Heinsch v. Kirby, 222 Minn. 352, 24 N.W.2d 493, the alternative writ of prohibition is quashed.
