MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.
This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus.
On January 7, 2011, the proceedings in this case were stayed pursuant to the filing of a notice of removal to federal court. It is ordered by the court that the stay is lifted and the case shall now proceed.
