State ex rel. Walker v. Husted


MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING

This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus involving an expedited election matter.

Upon consideration of the motion for leave to intervene and be aligned as respondents of Charles Saunders, R.J. Lumbrezer, and Roy Norman, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted.
