Sua sponte, respondent ordered to file responses to relators’ complaint and motion for emergency stay and expedited alternative writ no later than Friday, September 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. If respondent files a responsive motion to the complaint pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.04, relators’ response, if any, shall be filed no later than Monday, September 18, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
