IN RE: HAROLD J. VINCENT APPLYING FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS, CERTIORARI, PROHIBITION AND MANDAMUS.


Writ denied. Relator's allegations are refuted by the findings of the trial judge.

DIXON, J., dissents from the denial; there has never been an evidentiary hearing in this case, as the law requires, even after 3 applications. Some of the allegations are not refuted in any way.

CALOGERO, J., dissents. There have been no post hearing findings of the trial judge.
