Mr. Benjamin E. Seibert, for relator.


It is ordered by the court, on its own motion, that this cause be dismissed at the cost of the relator for the reason that the cause is now a moot one, since the court on this day has ordered the defendant to issue the writ prayed for.

Cause dismissed.
