School Foundation Act — Purposes of public school fund — Section 7595 et seq., General Code — District may participate although total tax levies under ten mills, when.

IN MANDAMUS.

By agreement of parties it is ordered and adjudged that writs of mandamus be, and the same are hereby allowed, on authority of State, ex rel. Board of Education of Patterson Special No. 5 School District, Darke County, v. Dietrich, Dir. of Education, 134 Ohio St. 524, 18 N.E.2d 122.

Writs allowed.
