MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On joint motion to consolidate appeals for purposes of briefing and oral argument. Motion granted in part and denied in part. Case Nos. 2021-1090, State ex rel. US Bank Trust, Natl. Assn. v. Cuyahoga Cty., 2021-1091, State ex rel. US Bank Trust, Natl. Assn. v. Lucas Cty. Bd. of Commrs., and 2021-1181, State ex rel. US Bank Trust, Natl. Assn. v. Summit Cty., are consolidated for the purposes of briefing and adopting a proposed briefing schedule. The parties shall file originals of each of the briefs permitted under S.Ct.Prac.R. 16.02 through 16.04 and shall include all case numbers on the cover page of the briefs. The parties shall otherwise comply with the requirements of S.Ct.Prac.R. 16.01 through 16.04. Motion to consolidate for oral argument purposes denied without prejudice to any party filing a proper motion for oral argument under S.Ct.Prac.R. 17.02(B).
