MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING
This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Sandusky County. In light of the filing of a notice of cross-appeal in this case the briefing schedule set by court order on August 19, 2015, is revised as follows:
Pursuant to the applicable provisions for filing briefs in a cross-appeal as stated in S.Ct.Prac.R. 16.05: appellants/cross-appellees shall file the first merit brief no later than August 24, 2015, appellee/cross-appellant shall file the second merit brief no later than August 27, 2015, appellants/cross-appellees shall file the third merit brief no later than August 31, 2015, and appellee/cross-appellant may file a fourth brief no later than September 3, 2015. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed in this case, and the clerk shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
It is further ordered that service of briefs shall be on the date of filing by personal service, facsimile transmission, or e-mail, as provided in S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.08(C).
