Opinion

No. 53325.

April 12, 1973.

IN RE: JOSEPH SALISBERRY APPLYING FOR WRITS OF HABEAS CORPUS, CERTIORARI, PROHIBITION AND MANDAMUS.

Writ denied. No factual basis is alleged for the legal conclusion of discrimination in the choice of petit jurors. The allegations of incompetent counsel are insufficient, especially in view of the evidentiary hearing and findings thereon on a prior application. See Docket No. 51,796, 259 La. 796, 253 So.2d 62 (1971).
