MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
In Mandamus. Sua sponte, the following schedule is set for the filing of the answer, briefs, and evidence: Respondents shall file an answer to the complaint no later than Friday, September 10, 2021; relators shall file a brief and evidence no later than 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2021; respondents shall file their brief and evidence no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021; and relators may file a reply brief no later than 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time. All documents in this case shall be served as specified by S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.08(C).
