In re Miles, Wilson; applying for writ of mandamus, supervisory and/remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. "G", No. 222-493.


The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a application he has filed for a writ of habeas corpus. If relator's representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the application.
