IN RE: JOHN MCCORMICK, APPLYING FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS AND/OR REMEDIAL WRITS.


Writ refused. The trial judge ruled on relator's petition on June 30, 1975. LSA R.S. 13:4207, 13:4210, penalizing a trial judge who keeps a case under advisement for longer than 30 days, is inapplicable to this case.
