In Mandamus. This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus.
On April 16, 2012, respondent Danny Bubp filed a motion for protective order. The court hereby issues a provisional protective order barring the deposition of respondent while the court considers the merits of respondent's motion for protective order.
