In re: Robert Lee Knighten applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and habeas corpus. Parish of East Baton Rouge.
Writ denied. Upon this review, we find no error was committed. We therefore deny the application, pretermitting whether an administrative "hearing" should have been held prior to the ex parte correction of the erroneous record of the relator's discharge.
