MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
In accordance with this court's decision granting appellant's motion to consolidate case Nos. 2017–1015 and 2017–1214, it is ordered that the briefing in case Nos. 2017–1015 and 2017–1214 is consolidated and the appellant's brief in case No. 2017–1214 shall serve as the appellant's brief in both cases. Appellee shall file its brief within 30 days. The parties shall file two originals of each of the briefs permitted under S.Ct.Prac.R. 16.02 through 16.04 and include both case numbers on the cover page of the briefs. The parties shall otherwise comply with the requirements of S.Ct.Prac.R. 16.01 through 16.04.
