Oct 24, 1977
570 P.2d 114 (Or. Ct. App. 1977)

Opinion

No. 34,593-B, CA 8162

Argued September 27, affirmed October 24, 1977

Appeal from Circuit Court, Multnomah County.

Harlow F. Lenon, Judge.

Charles Paulson, Portland, argued the cause and filed the brief for appellant.

Carol J. Molchior, Certified Law Student, Salem, argued the cause for respondent. With her on the brief were James A. Redden, Attorney General, and W. Michael Gillette, Solicitor General, Salem.

Before Schwab, Chief Judge, and Johnson and Roberts, Judges.

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

The appellant, a juvenile who was approximately 17 1/2 years of age at the time of his arrest, appeals from an order of the juvenile court remanding him to adult court. This is a companion case to State ex rel Juv. Dept. v. Mattila, 30 Or. App. 651, 567 P.2d 620, Sup Ct review denied (1977), and we find nothing in the record of this case which would lead us to a conclusion different from that reached in Mattila.

Affirmed.
