In re Johnson, Bobby Ray; applying for supervisory, remedial and writ of mandamus; Parish of Franklin, 5th Judicial District Court, Div. "B", to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 17781-KH.


Granted and remanded to Second Circuit, Court of Appeal, with instructions to order trial court to furnish Boykin transcript, this Court having ordered many times that post-Jackson prisoners must be given copies regardless of the showing.
