MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

This cause came on for further consideration of appellant's appearance before this court upon a finding of contempt. Upon consideration of the statements of the parties at the hearing and the record in this case,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that appellant Gregory T. Howard shall make payments towards the March 3, 2004, and March 28, 2005, awards of attorney fees to the appellees as follows:

Appellant shall pay the remaining $384.00 owed to appellee Industrial Commission of Ohio within thirty days of the date of this entry. Within thirty days thereafter, appellant shall pay $50.00 each month to counsel for appellee Seaway Foodtown, Inc., until paid in full.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that appellant remains in contempt of this court until all attorney fees previously ordered to be paid by appellant are paid in full. Failure of appellant to comply with the payment schedule established by this entry will result in additional sanctions.
