MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.
This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Franklin County.
Upon consideration of the joint motion to stay the briefing schedule, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted and the stay is extended. Appellant shall file its merit brief 90 days from the date of this entry and the briefing schedule in this case shall resume at that time.
