MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
In Mandamus. Sua sponte, the following schedule is set for the filing of the answer, briefs, and evidence: respondent shall file an answer to the complaint no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2021; relator shall file a brief and evidence no later than Wednesday, September 1, 2021; respondent shall file its brief and evidence no later than Friday, September 3, 2021; and relator may file a reply brief no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
