This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus.
On September 28, 2011, respondent filed a motion for referral to mediation and for stay of the scheduling entry. Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by the court that relator shall file its response, if any, to the motion for referral to mediation and for stay of the scheduling entry no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2011.
