On May 20, 2021, Nissa M. Dunn and Samuel V. Houston III filed a notice of appearance in these appeals for the "State of Texas ex rel. Todd A. Durden, in his official capacity as County Attorney," and a motion for extension of time to file motions for rehearing or motions for en banc reconsideration. The next day, after circumstances changed, Nissa M. Dunn and Samuel V. Houston III filed an unopposed motion to withdraw and an unopposed motion to withdraw the motion for extension of time to file motions for rehearing or motions for en banc reconsideration.
The motion to withdraw as appellate counsel is GRANTED.
Given this court's July 6, 2021 order granting an extension of time to file motions for rehearing or motions for en banc reconsideration, the May 20, 2021 motion for extension of time is moot.
